C.S. (Sonny) Gupta
Founder & Chairman, he brings over twenty five Years of rich experience working with IBM Corp, USA primarily on Large Information Systems in various disciplines with the last five years focus on setting up infrastructure in the Indian market along with Business Development in the area of Training, Software Development, Products and Consulting. Beginning his professional career at IBM Corp., NC, USA. He received BSc. in Computer Science with minor in Business Management from Illinois Institute of Technology: 1982, Chicago, IL.

Naveen V
Managing Director, Maintec Technologies Pvt. Ltd, India with over twenty years of Techno commercial experience. He has extensive experience in the IT and Service Industry with primary focus on customer orientation. He brings to Maintec varied capabilities across key areas in the IT industry including Strategic IT planning, business development, marketing and branding. As the Managing Director, he is responsible for driving company’s business growth, marketing initiatives and financial performance in India.

Suresh Babu D V
Chief Financial Officer,
and Administration has been associated with various IT and non-IT companies before coming onboard Maintec Technologies. As a Certified Financial Planner (CFP), he has been instrumental in bringing financial discipline and control. Administration is another area where he excels and is responsible for a seamless operations and financial planning. As a chartered accountant he takes care of company’s financial budgeting, legal compliance and company affairs.

Pavan Kumar
Business Head - Staffing Division, He is Science Graduate with twenty plus years of solid experience in Strategic Planning, Consulting, HR Operations, Client Servicing in the IT and ITES sectors. He has worked with Health Scribe, TTCE (A govt. of Karnataka sponsored corporation), Medit Software, Jobwork Technologies, eMicrodot Solutions, etc. From 2005 onwards has served various Companies as Consultant. Currently responsible for Business development, Staffing services to Indian and US companies at Maintec.

Ramamoorthy V
BDM - Staffing, ProEd Training, India. A PGDM in HR with Commerce graduation and ICWA Inter GII. He brings in Fourteen Years of experience in IT in Marketing & sales, Placements, HR & Consulting. After being associated with First computers, L&T, Radiant, Florida Software for 10 years, he came onboard ProEd. Currently responsible for Marketing, business development, Recruitment, Client Interaction & Placements at Proed, Maintec.

S.R.D Vijay Kumar
CEO – ProEd Training, A Masters Degree holder (University of Madras 1974) with over 34 years of global experience in IT Industry including 15-years residency in the Middle East. Author of Distribution Management Courseware and Co-Author of Retail Management course. A thought leader with articles published in journals like Business India, Data Quest Channels, Business Gyan, Financial Express etc. Previous experience includes serving in positions as Founder & CEO of Equitek, former CEO of IDS - Bangalore India GM – Bull Middle East – Dubai, Marketing Consultant – HP Dubai, Product Manager – HCL in its formative years (1976-’82) New Delhi, Coimbatore & Chennai. Lecturer & Trainer in IT Channel Management.

M Sathya Murthy
General Manager - Retail Training, ProEd Training, Hyderbad has served Indian Air Force for Twenty Years and has Six Years of managerial experience in IT Training. As Manager, he is responsible for overall operations of the Branch including revenue generation from Retail and Corporate Training.

Balaji Venkateshwar
Head of Technology, ProEd Training, India has experience of over Fifteen Years in IT and Non-IT Companies. As a certified Mainframe Professional and Subject Matter Expert (SME) he Currently manages the Technical Deliverables across INDIA in Mainframe competency for both retail and corporate segments.

Satish P
Sr. Systems Administrator (Mainframes), ProEd Training, India has more than Twenty Years of experience in System and Applications related fields in IT Sector. Associated with the company since its inception in 1998, he is looking after the Systems Administration of in-house Mainframe servers and providing Technical Support for Corporate Clients like KANBAY (CAPGEMINI), WIPRO, PEROT SYSTEMS, NIIT, U.S.TECHNOLOGIES, NESS TECHNOLOGIES, XANSA, HCL, etc. and In-house requirement. He has been with the organization since inception in 1998.

Suresh Kumar PVPS
Manager, ProEd Training, Hyderbad has served in Indian Air Force for a period of 20 years and has an experience in the field of Finance, Administration, Information Technology, Event Management and as a Relationship Manager at various places whilst in his service career. Actively participated in the relief camp for Tsunami victims while at Air Force Station Tambaram under the Guidance of the President Air Force Wives Welfare Association (Local). As Centre Manager, he is responsible for Revenue generation, Administration, People Management and other Centre related Operations.

Sendhil Kirubakar
Manager, ProEd Training, Bangalore has over Six years of experience in IT Training Industry. He Has completed his Graduation in Mechanical Engineering and Master’s in Business administration from ICFAI. He is responsible for the overall operations of Bangalore in terms of Administration, Revenue Generation focusing on the growth of the Branch by achieving the targets. He has handled many assignments in India and Abroad.

Adesh Garg
Sr. Trainer, ProEd Training, India having Twenty Eight years experience in IT and Financial Industries. He has worked with Technology Companies like IBM, Bangalore, IBM USA, DSQ Software Chennai, Birla Consultancy Software Services, Mumbai and leading Financial Companies before coming on board. Sr. Trainer, ProEd Training, India is a Graduate Mechanical Engineer having 8 years of experience in Surface Engineering field as a Consultant & Analyst, visited and served the related industries all over India. Turned his interest towards IT field, switched over to MAINFRAME and now taking care of Training for Retail and Corporate customers in Chennai Branch.

Kodanda Raman S
Asst. Manager – Finance/Accounts, ProEd Training, India having 7 years of experience in the field of Statutory, Auditing & Reconciliations. He was associated with IT and Non IT Companies like Reliance Infocom & Petroleum and Aviana NRIT. Currently he is handling entire Pay roll, Reconciliation & Auditing and statutory compliance across INDIA.
